About
Sandbach Photographic Society was founded in 1979
The Society is open to people of all ages and ability and we especially
welcome new members who are keen to learn more about photography in all
its forms.
Our aim is to promote interest and skill in all aspects of still
photography. We have regular meetings devoted to photographic topics,
designed to provide instruction and recreation.
Speakers are selected for their expertise, and they provide a wide a
range of subject matter, giving us good exposure to other photographers’
work and helping improve our skills.
Meetings are held on the first, third and (when there is one) fifth
Wednesday of each month from September to April. The programme includes presentations,
practical sessions, print and slide portfolios and competitions within
the Society and with other local Societies.
